Traditional Swedish snus contains tobacco. Nicotine pouches (white snus, tobacco-free pouches) contain nicotine but no tobacco — the carrier is typically cellulose or plant fibre. Most products we carry are nicotine pouches, not snus. Where we carry tobacco snus, it's labelled separately.

Each brand uses its own scale. On our launch catalogue: Regular maps to ~6 mg/g, Medium to ~8 mg/g, Strong to ~12 mg/g, Extra Strong / X-Strong to ~16 mg/g.
