Where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and how returns work.
Where we ship
We ship to 2 live markets at launch and route content for 2 markets total. Our market list is published at the bottom of this page with regulatory notes per country. We do not ship to markets where nicotine pouches are restricted by law (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Hungary, Portugal, Australia among others) — orders placed from those markets will be cancelled and refunded.
Transit times
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day from our EU warehouse. Approximate transit times:
- Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Austria: 1–3 working days
- United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland, Switzerland: 2–5 working days
- Other EU markets: 3–7 working days
- US, Canada: 5–10 working days (customs clearance may extend)
- Other international: 7–14 working days
These are estimates from launch-window logistics. Once the live carrier network is wired, this page will reflect real per-market estimates with measured median transit times.
Shipping costs
Flat-rate per market, with a free-shipping threshold that sits below the price of one full pack (10-can stang or equivalent) — so any meaningful order qualifies. Exact rates and the per-market threshold are surfaced at checkout based on your billing country.
Age verification at delivery
We verify age at checkout (online ID check via our verification partner). In specific markets where law requires it (UK, Norway, parts of Germany), the carrier will also check a government-issued ID at the point of delivery — the package will not be released to anyone unable to produce one.
We don't ship to unattended addresses, parcel lockers, or buzzer-access entries in markets where ID-at-delivery is required. Age verification policy →
Returns
Unopened cans are returnable within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund (you cover the return shipping). Opened cans are not returnable for hygiene reasons and because we can't verify storage conditions after delivery. Damaged or wrong-item shipments are replaced or refunded immediately — write to hello@nicopodstore.com with a photo.
